SIMONE BOLTON

Simone has serviced the real estate industry for over 16 years…  that’s over 1 ½ decades of experience in all aspects including property management, leasing, sales, strata and commercial.

She started her career as a quietly confident 19-year-old being the face of first impressions for a central agency.  From here she saw an opportunity to develop and quickly realised she had a skill for both people and property management. 

She has since developed a wide range of interpersonal skills which is combined with industry knowledge gained by working in boutique agencies within the Western Suburbs.

Simone is the sole director and licensee for Scout Property Co.  She prides herself on having a high level of integrity and uses her enthusiasm to better the industry for client transactions.  Her happy nature and pleasant disposition allows her to build both a strong personal network and industry reputation. 

In her free time Simone enjoys keeping fit and regularly wakes at 5am to do so! She appreciates baking and loves spending time with her husband Adam and being Mum’s taxi for her children Addison and Nathan.
